Queer Climb Nights are events designed to unite the LGBTQIA+ community through climbing. These gatherings offer a supportive environment for climbers to connect, share experiences, and enjoy the sport together.

  • Guidance through the event planning stages.

  • Promotional assistance via dynamic social media shout-outs and marketing materials.

  • Exclusive event kits for hosting gyms, including rainbow wristbands, a QM flag, name tags, and more.

Your Role in this Climbing Collaboration

As a gym or event host, you'll play a pivotal role. You'll help orchestrate monthly events, including an exciting kick-off. It's all about crafting a welcoming atmosphere for every participant, helping them feel right at home.

Snapshot of a Typical Queer Climb Night:

  • 6:30 PM: Host arrives and sets up the QM table.

  • 6:45 - 7:00 PM: Climbers arrive, check in at the gym, and get acquainted at the QM table.

  • 7:00 PM: Icebreakers and introductions, followed by pairing up climbing buddies as necessary. Smile for a group photo!

  • 7:10 - 9:00 PM: Climbing time! Scale new heights and enjoy the camaraderie.

  • 9:00 PM: Wind down, gather wristbands, and tidy up.

Post-event, hosts refresh the QCN kit and share event photos for our collective memories and future promotions.
